03 About
Robert E. Dyles Jr. is a U.S. Army veteran, project and program manager, general contractor, and HUD 203(k) Consultant serving Texas (Roster ID D1293).
His career connects military logistics, health-information technology, construction operations, property rehabilitation, and workforce development. Through 203K Kings LLC, he coordinates renovation projects, scopes of repair, draw processes, and compliant project documentation.
Today, Robert is building a connected portfolio: broader inspection and reporting services, voice-first operating technology, construction education, and a long-term real-estate model that turns property rehabilitation into training and ownership opportunity.
Operating principle
“No lag.
Handoffs only.”
Every project should move with a clear owner, verified information, and a defined next action.
04 Career arc
The through-line is simple: understand the field, organize the work, build the system, and teach the next person to run it well.
Military foundation
U.S. Army service with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) shaped a leadership style grounded in preparation, accountability, and team execution.
Systems chapter
Supporting large-scale military health-information delivery—including the CHCS II to AHLTA transition—built the bridge from field operations to digital systems.
Built environment
General contracting, rehabilitation coordination, field documentation, and HUD 203(k) consulting brought systems thinking directly to homes and communities.
Current chapter
DolaOS, Dola Inspection Services, Dola Academy, and the wider Dola portfolio are being designed to share intelligence, strengthen handoffs, and expand opportunity.
05 What I bring
I work where physical projects, people, documentation, and technology have to agree.
Turning complex requirements into owned workstreams, clean handoffs, risk controls, and decision-ready status.
Coordinating scope, estimates, documentation, draws, contractors, lenders, and field conditions from assessment through completion.
Designing repeatable field evidence, SOR, WWU, estimate, phase-observation, and property-condition reporting workflows.
Building voice-first intake, communications, reporting, oversight, and learning systems around how work actually happens.
Translating field knowledge into structured coursework, practice, assessment, credentials, employment, and long-term advancement.
06 Selected portfolio
Each venture solves a distinct problem. Together, they form a practical path from assessment to execution, education, and asset growth.
01
General contracting and HUD 203(k) consulting capabilities supporting rehabilitation planning, scopes of repair, work write-ups, draw documentation, contractor coordination, and lender communication.
GC and consultant roles remain separate on each property.
02
Inspection and reporting support for loan-backed and no-loan assignments, including renovation assessments, phase observations, property-condition documentation, SORs, WWUs, estimates, and field media.
Mold, WDI, and termite services remain discovery-focused until applicable licensing is active.
03
A voice-first operating platform and digital assistant designed to connect intake, scheduling, communications, inspections, evidence, reporting, training, and executive oversight.
04
A Texas nonprofit workforce-training initiative developing construction and inspection coursework, field simulations, mastery-based assessments, transcripts, and Academy-issued certificates.
Regulatory, provider, funding, and tax-exempt milestones remain pending where applicable.
05
An acquire–train–rehabilitate–lease model for suitable auction, short-sale, and residential properties—creating controlled field-training opportunities before improvement and long-term rental use.
06
The umbrella connecting Robert’s developing transportation, automotive, media, veteran-service, and consumer-product concepts. Launches are intentionally sequenced so shared operations can support every brand.
07 Public website directory
These are the current public test addresses. Services and ordering remain subject to each site's launch controls.
Not yet a public link: Dola Veterans Services, DolaBots, Dola-of-the-Sea, and any custom-domain address still awaiting registration, DNS, SSL, or launch approval.
08 The current chapter
Grow HUD consultant relationships and position inspection reporting for multiple loan types, phase work, and no-loan projects.
Move DolaOS and SEREN through controlled testing while strengthening access, communications, evidence, and reporting workflows.
Complete curriculum, administration, approvals, and learner safeguards for a credible workforce-training launch.
Activate the real-estate training model and selectively launch the wider portfolio from one shared operational backbone.
08 Foundation
09 Connect
Construction, rehabilitation, HUD consulting, inspection reporting, workforce partnerships, technology, and aligned investment.
